PSN 2018 Board of Nominees
Donna Hyatt, PSN VP Nominee
I have held many roles in my career. After spending 12 years as a stay at home mom, I entered the work force feeling behind my age group. I pursued my MBA and grew into a Non-profit manager. I love personal and professional development and became a business and executive coach. My favorite role is that of grandma to two amazing young ladies.
Currently, I am taking the summer off to enjoy some travel and spending time with my granddaughters. Took a trip to visit my son in Colorado with the oldest (10) and had a wonderful time.
My favorite animals are Orangutans and Sea Otters. I hope to one day take a volunteer vacation to work with Orangutans in some capacity.
I will be reviving a segment of my coaching service as a Guide of Vision Board Retreats. I will be holding one in late August and again in early September.
My exciting news is that I am studying for my Series 7 and 66 exams to step into my role as Financial Advisor and wealth coach. I look forward to serving women in our community to build meaningful plans for retirement and charitable giving.
Sandra Triglia, PSN VP Nominee
As a health coach for Arbonne International, I have the distinct pleasure of helping people feel better. My clients are experiencing more energy, mental clarity and better overall health. A common misconception is that “I need to lose weight to get healthy” my main focus is to get your body balanced and the side effect of that is weight loss. I am passionate about this holistic approach to better health and the best part is, the program we follow is so easy! All of our products are pure, safe and beneficial. I can rest on the fact that Arbonne is not putting harmful chemicals in any of our products.

Monica Marcinko, PSN Capitol City Director Nominee
Hello My name is Monica Marcinko I'm sorry I can't be with you all today but I thank you for the opportunity to tell you a little about myself and what I see for the future of PSN in Carson City.
I currently work for a non profit organization called Accessible Space that works with people with special needs. I help these people one on one and in group classes as well. I also am a consultant for Jordan Essentials Bath and Body products. Right now I am focusing my business on fundraisers, this helps my community raise money while using a wonderful product. I am also toward the end of my studies with WNC for my Associates Degree in Business. I was with a networking group over 10 years ago called "WE" Women Entrepreneurs this organization ended up merging with PSN and that is how I got here today. Through working with WE and PSN I have held different positions including Activities Chair and currently the Corresponding Secretary. I have seen many ups and downs with our Carson City group. I would love to see Carson City be the large group we once were! As Carson City Director I would do a lot of community outreach through social media and other avenues. I would also like to reach out to current and past members to get there ideas and thoughts about PSN. I would be sure to contact all past members and introduce myself and see what caused them to not continue with PSN. I look forward to grow Carson City PSN to new heights!
Thank you for your time and consideration.

Natalie Feemster-Molleson, PSN Secretary Candidate
I was born and raised in a small town outside of Fort Worth, Texas. One of five children, I understood early on that I needed to stand out and speak something of value to be heard. My parents were hard-working professionals, and they instilled in me a valuable work ethic.
In 2001, we moved to Nevada after a short visit. Once I set my eyes on Lake Tahoe, I knew I wanted to raise my son here. I eventually found a position in the beverage department of the former Capital City Entertainment, and worked for them for several years, quickly moving up the ranks in a world with very few female leaders. I met my husband, and my son was approaching middle school and getting into more activities, so we decided it was time for a change.
I soon heard a local insurance Agent was looking for an office manager, and that started me on the path to insurance. Once licensed in Nevada, I became an Agent for a major national company. I learned a great deal about sales being relationship-based, and not a ‘pitch’. Gathering information is a conversation, not a series of questions. The goal is always to educate while learning so both you and the client are best served. I still use these valuable tools and continue to grow in sales all these years later. As a part of that company, I was afforded the opportunity to organize, execute, and attend charitable events, and there I found my passion.
I am proud to continue to grow with PSN by networking with and learning from women from all different industries. I am also a member of the Carson City and Carson Valley Chambers of Commerce, and the Nevada Builders’ Alliance Women’s Council.
Jennifer Nichols, Treasurer Nominee
I am a proud Native Northern-Nevadan!! I was raised on the outskirts of Reno where I learned about hard work and responsibility at a young age. I was lucky enough to have parents who encouraged me to participate in organizations such as 4-H and the Future Farmers of America where I learned public speaking techniques, parliamentary procedure rules and of course the raising and selling of livestock animals. All those skills learned at a young age help me succeed today as a Loan officer with Movement Mortgage. Although I’m a new Loan Officer I have been in the mortgage business for over 1.5 years and have been so honored to assist buyers with such a large part of their lives while contributing to the growth of my hometown. When I’m not assisting customers I enjoy all that Reno and the surrounding area has to offer which includes camping, riding my horse, riding my quad and basking in our gorgeous lakes.

Kim West, Member At Large Nominee
Having grown up in the south, I understand the value of developing a warm and friendly culture no matter where you live. This foundation has opened doors for me to build connections with people of varying backgrounds. I’ve had the privilege of connecting with people all over the world since graduating from the University of North Carolina in Greensboro in 1982. My work path has included management positions in industri...es such as Education, Healthcare, Vital Records, Sales & Marketing, Real Estate and Franchise Operations.
When my husband and I relocated to Reno 9 years ago I found a work home at QuantumMark. I started out as a project manager working on an exciting project for the National Cancer Institute. Drawing on my southern roots, I began to cultivate strong business relationships across key industries for QuantumMark. The company’s partners saw this as an opportunity to grow the business and promoted me to Director of Business Development in 2013. Since that time I’ve been leading the company’s sales and marketing efforts.
A highlight of my career was representing QuantumMark and the State of Nevada as a delegate on Governor Sandoval’s Trade Mission to Australia in July and August of 2016. My husband, Bill and I have been married for 41 years and we have 4 amazing adult children. My spare time includes mentoring young moms, reading and hosting family and friends in our home.
